Request deletion by email
You can request deletion without installing the app. Email privacy@dinnerwinner.app with the subject “DinnerWinner account deletion” and the email address associated with your account.
We will verify that you control the account before deleting anything. Never send your password or sign-in codes. If you use Apple’s private relay address, include that account address if available.
Request account deletionWhat is removed?
Deletion removes your sign-in account, private profile, profile photos, rewards, and household membership. Shared recipes and voting totals may remain for the household, with account identifiers removed from retained voting history.
If you own a household
Tell us whether you want to transfer ownership to another existing member or delete the entire household. A transfer requires the recipient’s acceptance. Deleting the household removes its shared recipes, polls, and statistics for everyone.
In-app deletion
In supported upcoming builds, use Settings → Account and ownership → Delete my account. Older development builds can use the email request above.
Backups and confirmation
We will confirm completion and explain any remaining backup retention when responding to your request. Any required retention will be disclosed rather than silently keeping your account active.
